Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team before sending your package back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, and credited back to your original payment method.

When sending your return package, you must declare the value as no more than USD $13 to avoid customs duties or taxes.
